New Tires Delivered to Your Door With Tire Agent
Tire shopping used to mean an afternoon at a shop, a quote that kept growing and a feeling that I was never quite sure what I was paying for. Ordering online changes that, as long as the retailer makes the hard parts easy: finding the right tire, getting it fitted and paying without a shock. That is exactly where Tire Agent puts its effort, and here is what I found when I went through the site.

Reason 1
Shipping is free, and you choose where it goes
The first thing that stands out is the delivery model. According to the site, shipping is free to continental U.S. addresses, and the goal for in-stock tires is delivery within 2 to 4 business days. Timing depends on availability, your location and things like weather, so treat it as a target rather than a promise.
What I like most is the flexibility. At checkout you pick one of three routes:
- Ship to a local installer. The tires go straight to the shop, which is notified of your order. Once they arrive, you call to schedule the fitting.
- Ship to your home and book a mobile installer, where available. After your full order arrives, you fill in an appointment form and the installer contacts you.
- Ship to your home and install yourself. Keep in mind that some manufacturer warranties require professional installation.
Good to know: the page does not list installation prices, so ask your installer before you order. For carry-in mounting, call the shop first and ask about the cost.
Reason 2
More than 70 brands, from everyday to off-road
The selection is broad. Tire Agent says it carries over 70 brands, and its brand page lists well-known names such as Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Continental, Pirelli, Cooper, Yokohama and Toyo, alongside value options like Milestar, Kenda and Nexen. You can shop by vehicle, tire size or brand, and add tires, wheels or both to the same cart.

If you are not sure what you need, the site also has a blog with practical guides on topics such as tire load index, run-flat tires, wheel offset and the best tires for SUVs and crossovers.
Reason 3
Manufacturer rebates you can stack onto the order
Right now, the deals page lists 11 tire offers. Most are rebates on a set of four select tires, and the rules differ by brand, so read the terms. Here are four that run into late November:

The others on the page: Michelin $80 back and Milestar $50 back (both through 11/30), plus a Kumho $120 discount applied automatically at checkout through 11/30. Several rebates end on 10/31, including Pirelli, General, Kanati and the Kumho $80 offer, so if one of those is your tire, move quickly.
Read the small print: every rebate applies to a set of four select tires, and you usually have to submit a claim online or by form before the deadline. Check the exact models eligible on the deals page before you order. There is also a referral program that offers a $25 gift card for each friend who makes a first purchase.
Reason 4
Payment plans, with the caveats up front
Tires are rarely a planned expense. For that moment, Tire Agent offers PayPair, a service where one application gives you access to several partner plans. The site says the application will not affect your credit score, and that no credit score is required, although partners may run a light credit check and approval is not guaranteed. Lenders listed include Snap, Uown, Koalafi, Own.Lease, American First Finance, Katapult, Progressive Leasing and Acima. It is for U.S. residents only.
You can also pay with Affirm, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay or Cash App Pay.
Be honest with yourself about the cost. Tire Agent itself notes that lease-to-own plans cost more than the cash price, and you do not own the tires until you use a buyout option or finish all payments. Early buyout windows run roughly 90 to 101 days. If you can pay in full or use a low-rate option, that is cheaper; a plan is a tool for emergencies, not a discount.
Reason 5
Protection if something goes wrong
- 30-day returns for unused tires and wheels that have not been mounted. You pay return shipping on tires that match your order (the site estimates $25 to $40 per tire), unless the return is due to Tire Agent’s error. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of the tires reaching the warehouse.
- Damaged or wrong tires can be reported through the Shipment Issues form, with a full refund or an exchange at no extra cost.
- Manufacturer warranties carry over to you, and Tire Agent helps with the claim process, though the manufacturer decides each case. Not every tire has a mileage warranty.
- Road hazard protection is available at checkout (not in CA, WA, HI, AK or DC): flat fix and replacement, mount and balance with replacement, roadside assistance and rental reimbursement.
Before you order
My checklist before I click “buy”
- Confirm the tire size and load rating for your vehicle.
- Compare two or three brands on the site, and check which have a rebate right now.
- Choose home delivery or an installer, and ask about the mounting price.
- Check rebate deadlines and what you must submit.
- Add road hazard protection if you want it and your state allows it.
If you are due for new tires or wheels, it is worth looking at what Tire Agent has this month: free shipping, a wide choice of brands, rebates that end soon and a choice of how to get them installed.
